MALE VOICE: When you walk into the dental practice of Martin and Winkler, you'll probably notice an extraordinary sense of family and familiarity on display from everyone from the front desk to the dentists themselves.

EMILE MARTIN, D.D.S.: We probably have over 20 staff members that have been here in excess of 20 years and probably 12 or 15 that have been here almost 30.

KITTY FALCO: I have been here 32 years.

CATHY OWEN: I have been here since 1979.

PEGGY WATSON: It's been more than 30 years, 34 years.

JOANNE HANNA: I started here in 1977. I remember patients when they came in that couldn't see over the counter, and now they're bringing their own children in.

PETER WINKLER, D.D.S.: We've been very fortunate to have a very stable staff office wide. So they see familiar faces. It's somewhat like a family.

MALE VOICE: This New York dental practice has two offices, one here in Syracuse, the other in Auburn. It's a group practice with as many as five dentists, an orthodontist and 30 plus staff members who are experienced in everything from regular cleanings and root canals to teeth whitening and a whole lot more. EMILE MARTIN, D.D.S.: We provide comprehensive dental care to patients in what we hope is a comfortable setting with value, whether it's implant dentistry, periodontal therapy, crown and bridge. IV sedation is another adjunct that we've added to the practice in the last 15 or 20 years.

PETER WINKLER, D.D.S.: In most cases they won't have to be referred outside the office to receive the care that they need.
